Q: How do i measure?
A: The door size is measured from the outside to outside of the frame for both height and width. The recommended rough opening should be a minimum of 1/2'' to 1" wider than the width and 1/2'' to 1'' taller than the height.
Q: What's the lead time for a custom iron door?
A: Custom orders take approximately 30-45 days to produce.
Q: Do your iron doors rust?
A: We first uses pure zinc galvanising before our catalytic primer is applied making our doors the most rust-resistant iron doors. Our limited warranty backs up our commitment to quality, 5 years on the finish and a 20-year warranty on door structure.

A: Yes, there is a weather stripping around the entire door and operable window panels as well as a sweep installed on the bottom of the door.
Q: How much do the doors weight?
A: Single doors weigh from approximately 360 pounds to approximately 480 pounds. Double Doors weigh from approximately 600 pounds to 900 pounds.
Q: What about the glass?
A: Included in the price! Our doors come with dual pane tempered glass, hurricane impact glass is also convenient for us. You can order separate glass from us when the glass is damaged.
Q: What about door handles and locks?
A: Our large selection of hand forged handles and deadlock come as an additional charge.
Q: What's your special service?
